The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that whatever may have transpired with regard to the investments made by the depositors, the petitioner was mere a Cashier in the Company against whom the bulk of allegations forms. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that she has no role to play whatsoever in either alluring the depositors or defalcating their

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and also the role assigned to the petitioner in the Company, let the petitioner, in the event of her arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 39 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
