Copy of the said order is made available to the counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the said new managing committee formed by the University, he does not want to press the writ petition but seeks liberty to challenge the order, if needs so arises.

Granting him the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed in view of new managing committee
