The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Motipur P.S. Case No. 15 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that his son Ravi Ranjan Kumar went to meet Pramod Kumar Bhagat, but Abhinandan Prasad Thakur, Pramod Kumar Bhagat (petitioner) and Amresh Kumar put some sedative material in his nose and took him on motorcycle. During course of search, Ravi Ranjan Kumar, son of the informant was found unconscious in a field. It is alleged that earlier daughter of the informant was abducted and killed by Abhinandan Prasad Thakur and the accused persons were threatening to compromise the case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29973 of 2016 (2) dt.08-09-2016 2/2 It is submitted that Amresh Kumar and other accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16719 of 2016 and Cr. Misc. No. 15785 of 2016. The case of the petitioner stands on better footing as the petition is no accused in killing of daughter of the informant. The son of the informant was not medically examined. There is no material to show that the petitioner put any sedative material in the nose of the son of the informant causing his unconscious. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 15 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
