JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-12-2015 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the name of petitioner no. 3 Renu Kumari alias Dharamshila Devi, daughter of Ram Pukar Singh has wrongly been mentioned in the petition in stead of Shobha Devi alias Dharamshila Devi, wife of Ram Pukar Singh. Consequently, the said mistake perpetuated in order dated 24.11.2015 since it was wrongly mentioned in the main petition. It is further submitted that a supplementary affidavit was filed with correct name of petitioner no. 3 but by inadvertence it appears that wrong name and parentage were incorporated in the order from the main petition. Let the name of petitioner no.3 Renu Kumari alias Dharamshila Devi, daughter of Ram Pukar Singh in order dated 24.11.2015 be read as Shobha Devi alias Dharamshila Devi, wife of Ram Pukar Singh.

The order dated 24.11.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
