The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ishipur(Barahat) P.S. Case No. 94 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant is the father of the victim girl, who in his FIR has stated that on 08.09.2017 at about 12 O' Clock in the night, petitioners entered into his house and took away his minor daughter Priyanka Kumari in order to solemnize marriage with his daughter. The girl was recovered and in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C, she has stated that due to scolding by his father, she went away to her maternal

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Bhagalpur in connection with Ishipur (Barahat) P.S.
