2. The present writ petition has been for quashing the order dated 08.11.2022 passed by Anchal Adhikari, Banka in Mutation Case No.28803 R-27/2022-23.

3. Counsel for the State raised preliminary objection that under the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011 [Bihar Act 23,

Patna High Court CWJC No.6716 of 2023(2) dt.12-09-2023 2/2 2011] the order passed in mutation case is appealable before the Deputy Collector Land Reform.

4. The petitioner shall be at the liberty to file an application, which shall be appropriate according to him, under the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011 [Bihar Act 23, 2011].

5. Counsel for the respondent no.9 has also accepted that he shall also appear before the appellate authority.

6. In this view of the matter, with the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is hereby disposed off.
