The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Turkauliya P.S. Case No.661 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 332, 353, 504, 333 of the Indian Penal Code Section 11 of the Public Gambling Act.

The informant, a police officer named the petitioners along with other accused persons and alleged that the accused persons were gambling. The informant went there and stopped but the accused persons assaulted the police officials. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are of course named in the F.I.R. but no specific

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17832 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 allegation is made against the petitioners. Similarly situated other accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No.12437 of 2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari at East Champaran in connection with Turkaulia P.S. Case No.661 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
