JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-09-2020 The petitioners claim that they were duly appointed on sanctioned and vacant posts of Assistant Teachers by the Managing Committee of Madarsa Noorul Islam, Rohara, Jaley, Darbhanga. They are seeking direction to the respondents, particularly the District Education Officer, Darbhanga for fixation of their pay and payment of their salary accordingly. Learned counsel for the petitioners has argued that it is the District Education Officer, who has to fix the salary before whom the petitioners have filed representations on 06.01.2020,

Patna High Court CWJC No.7665 of 2020(2) dt.15-09-2020 2/2 which are still pending.

Considering the grievance which the petitioners have raised, this application is disposed of with a direction that let the petitioners approach the District Education Officer with a copy of the present order making a fresh representation and reminding him of a previous representation dated 06.01.2020 for fixation of pay and payment of their salary. It should be done within six weeks from today.

If the petitioners make their representations in terms of the present order, the respondent No.3 shall be obliged to consider the same and ensure payment of legitimate dues of the petitioners within three months thereafter.

This disposes of the application.
