It is submitted that the petitioner is accused in two other cases and he has already been remanded in the aforesaid cases, but the petitioner had not been remanded in the present case merely because there is order of taking no coercive step against the petitioner. The petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail petition to be remanded in the present case also. Prayer is allowed.

The anticipatory bail petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
