====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 01-12-2021 Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sasaram Muffasil P. S. Case No.67 of 2021, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 332, 333, 353, 427, 225, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ladies and are in custody since 14.02.2021, they are persons with clean antecedents and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

No.33952 of 2021(2) dt.01-12-2021 2/3 from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R., it would manifest that the informant alleges that when the police force reached at village Sitapur to raid the house of accused persons involved in Sasaram (M) P. S. Case No.65 of 2021, the petitioners along with 12 others attacked the police force with bricks and stones and got released the accused of the aforesaid case i.e. Sasaram (M) P. S. Case No.65 of 2021. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ladies and nothing specific has been alleged against them in the F.I.R. and it does not stand to reason that police would be cowed down by such protestor and would release the criminals.

The learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the bail application.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are ladies and are in custody since 14.02.2021, they are persons with clean antecedents and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram Muffasil P. S. Case
