07-07-2015 Learned counsel for petitioners, in presence of learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 6 as well as Sri Dilip Kumar Roy, learned counsel for the private respondents, at the very outset, submits that the present writ petition pertains to a dispute under the Bihar Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation Act, 1956, which is a scheduled Act under the provisions of Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009.

In view of the fact that the Tribunal, constituted under the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, is functioning and the matter relates to Bihar Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation Act, 1956, the matter can well be adjudicated by the Tribunal. Accordingly, in terms of proviso to Section 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, the Registry is directed to transmit the record of this case to the Tribunal forthwith. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) Anay U
