This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 337 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. For trivial dispute, the petitioner, allegedly, committed assault and theft.
Considering the fact that the occurrence, allegedly, took place at the spur of moment, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 19 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Mr. Shushant Ranjan, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City, Patna, Patna, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
