The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. Three plants of Ganja was found in the house of this petitioner. The weight was assessed as 700 gms. The petitioner has stated on oath that she has got no criminal antecedent. The plants were not deliberately sown and grown by the petitioner. Petitioner is a female and she is in custody since 12.02.2018.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21872 of 2018 (2) dt.19-04-2018 P2/ amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Special (N.D.P.S.) Case No.11 of 2018, arising out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.70 of 2018, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
