2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 61 of 2024 arising out of Cheriyabariyarpur P.S. Case No. 189 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 08, 20(B)(ii)(c), 25 and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 50 kg. of ganja from the petitioner who was found driving a tempo.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 28.10.2024.

5. Considering the huge recovery of ganja, I am not

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

7. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
