2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Petitioner is said to have got her employment fraudulently as a teacher by creating a forged and fabricated B.T.E.T. certificate.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the petitioner had already been terminated by the D.P.O. Gopalganj vide Memo No. 691 dated 01.03.2023. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of this application.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28979 of 2023(3) dt.24-07-2023 2/2 for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
