JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-10-2024 At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the order of this Court dated 08.02.2024 passed in CWJC No. 1175 of 2024 has already been complied with inasmuch as the Chairman-cum-Managing Director, Bihar State Power (Holding) Company Limited, Bihar, Patna has passed a reasoned order dated 18.04.2024.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that he has already challenged the aforesaid order dated 18.04.2024, by filing a writ petition bearing CWJC No. 8123 of 2024, hence he be granted liberty to prosecute the same. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

The petition stands disposed off.
