Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with T.R. No. 4800 of 2013 arising out of Complaint Case No. C545 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections- 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the dispute between the parties is purely civil in nature. Notice was issued to the opposite party no. 2, however he did not choose to appear in the case. Petitioners have no criminal

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Trial No. 480 of 2013 arising out of Complaint Case No. C-545 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
