This writ application has been filed for commanding the respondents, especially respondent No. 3, to upload the correct details i.e. the correct name of the raiyats on the website of the Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Government of Bihar in respect to R.S. Plot Nos. 2422 and 2423 under Khata No. 1060 at Mauza Kewatgama, Circle Kusheshwar Asthan East, District- Darbhanga in conformity

Patna High Court CWJC No.6413 of 2023(2) dt.03-10-2023 2/2 with orders passed by Assistant Settlement Officer, Biraul, Darbhanga in Case Nos. 28281/86, 28286/86 and 25282/86 under Section 106 of B.T. Act whereby the name of the State of Bihar was directed to be deleted and name of Kapildeo Narayan Singh (father of petitioner No. 1 and grandfather of petitioner Nos. 2 and 3) was directed to be incorporated.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No. 1 has already filed a representation in this regard on 18.03.2021 before the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Biraul, Darbhanga regarding the aforesaid correction in the records (Annexure-6 to the writ petition).

4. In view of the prayer made by the petitioners, this application is disposed of with direction to the respondent No. 3 to dispose of the representation of the petitioners by a speaking and reasoned order within a period of three months from the date of production/receipt of a copy of this order.
