08-11-2016 Sri Satrudhan Kumar, learned counsel for petitioners, in presence of Sri Arun Kumar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, submits that one of the co-accused, named in the F.I.R., had earlier approached this Court for grant of anticipatory bail, which was disposed of on 19-04-2016 vide Cr. Misc. No. 17001 of 2016. He makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition in same terms. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of with an observation that if within a period of six weeks from today, the petitioners appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail, the learned court below, without being prejudiced with this order, may examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
