2. This appeal has been filed against the order dated 07.02.2024 passed by learned Special Judge, SC/ST Act, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with A.B.P. No. 552 of 2024 arising out of Turkaulia (Banjaria) P.S. Case No. 702 of 2014, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of Indian Penal Code and 3(i)(x) of SC/ST (POA) Act, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of appellants has been rejected.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the State that appellants have been declared absconder and processes of Sections 82 and 83 of the Cr.P.C. have been initiated against them to ensure their appearance in the Court.
