JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 12-02-2015 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the present writ petition. However, learned AC to GA-2 appearing on behalf of the respondents has filed a counter-affidavit on behalf of the respondent no. 5 stating therein that the part of the payments as claimed by the petitioner have already been made and his remaining claims are under scrutiny by the competent authorities and after verification of the relevant records/ materials, admitted dues of the petitioner shall be paid to him without any unnecessary delay.

In view of the aforesaid fair stand taken in the aforesaid counter-affidavit, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.5 to pay the admitted dues of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/
