Having regard to the fact that the Bihar State Export Corporation is no longer functional much less in a position to make any payment of amount medical bill reimbursement being claimed by the petitioner in this writ application on account of its being under process of liquidation this Court would find very difficult to issue any direction to the authorities of the Bihar State Export Corporation to pay such amount to the petitioner. In that view of the matter, this Court would give liberty to the petitioner to pursue any other remedy that may be available to him to claim such amount.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2893 of 2011 (3) dt.07-07-2015 When such an observation has been made, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to avail such other remedy against the Bihar State Export Corporation under process of liquidation. This application is, accordingly, permitted to be withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
