2. The appellants are apprehending their arrest in connection with Barahat P.S. Case No. 80 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 427, 308, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(i)(r)(s) of the SC/ST Act.
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.

4. Permission is granted.
5. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
6. However, if the appellants surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned court below on the same day without being prejudiced by this order.
