2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with G.R. No. 2365/2024 arising out of Mansi P.S. Case No. 189 of 2024 dated 26.07.2024 registered for the offences punishable under sections 115(2), 126(2), 109, 308(5) and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (in short 'BNS') and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that the allegation as to causing firearm injury to the informant's son by this petitioner does not get corroboration from the injury report of the informant's son as the two injuries, which were found on the body of the informant's son, have been opined to be simple in nature, caused by hard and blunt object.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26184 of 2025(2) dt.05-05-2025 2/2 It is further submitted that the petitioner is a young person and has not remained involved in any criminal activity in the past and has been languishing in jail since 04.01.2025 and against him the investigation has been completed.

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and mainly the nature of injury of the informant's son and also completion of investigation against the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned in connection with G.R. No. 2365/2024 arising out of Mansi P.S. Case No. 189 of 2024.
