JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 446 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 147m 148, 149, 321, 323, 324, 325, 354, 307, 506 and 507 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation against the petitioner and coaccused Bablu Kumar of assaulting the informant with Khanti on his head.

Case diary has been received.

The injury report of nephew of the informant is available in the case diary wherein the Doctor has found incised wound cutting bone oozing blood on the head size 4 1⁄2" x 2 1⁄2" x 3". The Doctor has found the injury to be grievous caused by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32772 of 2017 (3) dt.20-09-2017 2/2 sharp cutting weapon.

In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

Petitioner may surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail.
