08-07-2015 After some argument, learned counsel for petitioners, in presence of learned A.C. to Govt. Advocate - 7, in view of averment made in the counter affidavit, makes a prayer for disposal of the writ petition so that petitioners may avail statutory remedy. The prayer is allowed.

The writ petition stands disposed of with an indication that if petitioners approach the authority concerned, the period consumed by the petitioners in pursuing the present writ petition i.e. 28-09-2011 till today shall be excluded while considering the limitation matter. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) Anay U
