ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 25-01-2017 The present modification application has come under the heading "To be Mentioned" as due to inadvertence in paragraph -2 of the order dated 11.01.2017, it has wrongly been mentioned as "order dated 13.01.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1687 of 2016" in place of "order dated 26.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25324 of 2015".

Accordingly, the paragraph-2 of the order dated 11.01.2017 is modified and is to be read as follows:- "The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 26.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25324 of 2015 by which, this Court had directed the petitioner to deposit the entire dues of Rs. 27,09,800/- within a period of three weeks."

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45592 of 2016 (3) dt.25-01-2017 Let the time fixed for surrender by order dated 11.01.2017 be extended by further period of four weeks from today.
