2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have committed fraud with the informant.

4. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has offered to pay Rs. 50,000/- to the informant to make good part of loss to the informant without prejudice to his case and without accepting his guilt. He further submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 22.09.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gopalganj/concerned Court below in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 752 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 7(i). At the time of furnishing the bail bonds, the petitioner shall furnish a demand draft of Rs. 50,000/- prepared in the name of the informant. If the petitioner furnishes the aforesaid demand draft, the Court below shall accept his bail bonds and hand over the said demand draft to the informant.
