JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No.180 of 2008 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 324, 452, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the fact that the petitioner is absconding since last ten years, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18278 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
