JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-04-2023 On account of the endeavour and efforts made by the learned counsel for the respondent- State Sri S.D. Yadav (AAG 9), ex-gratia amount of Rs. 4.5 lacs has been paid to the petitioner no. 1 in lieu of death of her husband on account of Covid-19 infection, hence, the learned counsel for the petitioners do not wish to press the present writ petition any longer.
