Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered in connection with Shambhuganj P.S.Case No. 286 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 354B, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code..

As per allegation in the F.I.R, sister of the informant forcibly took away due to that she raised alarm, thereafter accused persons fled away.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. petitioner has clean antecedent.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.
