The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 274 of 2016 registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dory by giving poison.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased, daughter of the informant, in fact, due to altercation between the deceased and her husband, Vicky Kumar, daughter of informant consumed poison
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15491 of 2017 (2) dt.10-07-2017 but due to ulterior motive the petitioner and other family members have falsely been implicated in this case. Moreover, Vicky Kumar, husband of the deceased, is in custody since 03.05.2017. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 274 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
