Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Dharhara P.S. Case No. 215 of 2017 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 337 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Sections 307 and 385 of the IPC was added. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not named in the FIR. In the FIR there is specific allegation against one Gulab Kumar Singh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail from the court below.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13941 of 2018(2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Jiwan Lal, A.C.J.M.-1st, Munger, in connection with Dharhara P.S. Case No. 215 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
