Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 20.05.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 17542 of 2022.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that in spite of direction of Hon'ble Court to conclude the trial within a period of nine months, trial has not concluded and petitioner is in custody since 04.01.2022.

Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
