On 22.02.2018 also on prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, seeking only pass over for the day, the matter was adjourned and has been listed after six days today. Prayer being made today again in a case of the year 2010, which has been admitted for hearing and has been taken up by Special Benches constituted to deal with such matters, the Court finds such prayer to be totally unjustified. Accordingly, the same stands rejected.
