10-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for private respondents as well as Mrs. Alka Verma, learned counsel for Bihar Bhoodan Yagna Committee. The present writ petition pertains to a dispute under the Bihar Bhoodan Yagna Act, 1954, which is a scheduled Act under the provisions of Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009. The Court considers that this matter can well be adjudicated by the Tribunal. Accordingly, in terms of proviso to Section 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, the Registry is directed to transmit the record of this case to the Bihar Land Tribunal forthwith.
