The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 447, 323, 324, 307, 325 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assault upon the informant and his brother, namely, Satendra Mahto causing injury to them and the main allegation of assault is against the petitioner by means of knife, below the left side of eye.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is no repeated blow of knife and also there was no intention to kill the informant. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34643 of 2021(4) dt.20-06-2022 2/2 prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I(West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 57 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
