Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52347 of 2015(11) dt.18-08-2025 2/2 18-08-2025 Both the quashing applications arise out of same P.S. case number, hence they are being taken up together and are being disposed of by a common order.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
3. It has been informed by the respective parties that during the pendency of the present quashing applications, after ex-parte divorce, both the parties have performed marriage, as such, keeping the present applications pending will not serve the purpose.
4. In view of the above information, the parties may appear before the learned District Court and give information regarding subsequent development which has taken place during the pendency of the quashing applications.
5. The stay granted vide order dated 29.08.2023 is hereby vacated in view of the subsequent development which has taken place during the pendency of the quashing applications.
6. The present quashing applications stand disposed of.
