ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-05-2017 In view of the fact that despite service of notice, no one appears to contest the matter and the undertaking given to this Court has been dishonoured and also because the cheques issued in purported compliance of the order passed by this Court has also been returned for want of sufficient fund, this Court feels that the petitioner has failed to adhere to the terms of the bail application. As such, let the order dated 05.01.2016 be considered to have been revoked and the Court below must proceed for cancellation of his bail bonds in accordance with law.
