Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has limited grievance regarding non-consideration of his representation dated 21.10.2022 which is pending before Respondent No 6. The petitioner, in the said representation, has claimed wages for work performed by him as a daily wager. Upon going through the copy of representation, this Court finds that the period for which the petitioner is claiming

Patna High Court CWJC No.6904 of 2022(2) dt.12-12-2022 2/2 the benefit has not been specified. The petitioner, therefore, is allowed liberty to submit his representation afresh giving details of the period of work which he claims to have discharged as a daily wager before Respondent No 6 within three weeks from today. On such application being filed along with the copy of this order, Respondent No 6 would be obliged to consider the same and dispose it of within eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Dues, as found admissible, must also be paid within four weeks thereafter. Writ petition stands disposed of.
