JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH) 13-02-2015 Having heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the State, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter, inasmuch as, the learned Single Judge has clearly noted that the writ petitioner failed to respond the allegations in the counter affidavit that his name did not appear in the empanelment of candidates list for appointment and if that be so, how the
Patna High Court LPA No.1202 of 2012 (3) dt.13-02-2015 2/2 appointment letter was issued, is itself doubtful. The writ petitioner not having responded the stand of the State, the learned Single Judge rightly dismissed the writ petition. We are not inclined to entertain the appeal and it is accordingly dismissed.
