Petitioners herein seek anticipatory bail in Teghra P.S. Case No. 141/2013 registered under Section 304B and 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of having caused death of the deceased by forcibly administering her poisons substance in her mouth. From Annexure-1 it also appears they have tried to tamper with the evidence. Considering the allegations leveled against the petitioners, I am not persuaded to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail. The prayer is accordingly rejected. rohit/- (Kishore Kumar Mandal, J) U T
