This application has been filed for restoration of C.R. No.1749 of 2009 which stood dismissed for non compliance of order dated 01.12.2010.

On being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in this application for omission on part of the petitioners, the date of compliance of order dated 01.12.2010 is extended further by two weeks from today and the C.R. No.1749 of 2009 is restored to its original file and number subject to the condition that the order dated 01.12.2010 is fully complied within the extended period.
