JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 02-07-2019 The issue in the present writ petition is termination from the post of Shiksha Mitra. The order of termination as Shiksha Mitra was challenged by the petitioner before the District Appellate Tribunal, Gopalganj, which was dismissed on 30.05.2012.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15576 of 2012(5) dt.02-07-2019 2/2 The issue of Shiksha Mitra is now a closed chapter in view of the judgment of a Full Bench of this Court in the case of Kalpana Rani Vs. The State of Bihar, reported in 2014 (2) PLJR 665.

In view of the above, the Court does not find any merit in the present petition. The petition stands dismissed accordingly.
