It is his case that he has filed representation before the District Magistrate, Gaya, copy of which has been brought on record by way of Annexure-7 to this writ application. Annexure7 does not disclose as to when the representation was made.

If such application is made in accordance with the provisions of the Act and Rules if any framed therein, the same shall be decided in accordance with law, within the period prescribed under the Act.
