In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No.207 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 370 and 365 of the Penal Code.

As per the statement of the informant, her son was kept in the nursing home of Ramchandra Thakur, later on, her son was sold. When the informant insisted for return of the child, the accused person has handed over a ticket of Howrah and asked her to go to Calcutta where she will get her son. The case diary has been called for. In view of paragraph Nos. 8 and 9 of the case diary, this Court is not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19157 of 2017 (4) dt.10-07-2017 inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. If the petitioner surrenders before the Court below within four weeks from today and prays for bail, the Court below will pass the order on the same day without being influenced by the order of this Court.
