1. This application has been filed direction to the respondent to pay the accidental compensation to the name of petitioner whereby and whereunder the petitioner's husband late Surendra Chauhan was died during travelling via train.

2. This application is misconceived.

3. The petitioner ought to have preferred an appropriate application before the Railway Claims Tribunal for redressal of his grievances.
