JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-11-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for quashing of the order vide letter No.1104 dated 23.02.2012 issued by the District Education Officer, Kaimur, Bhabua, by which he has directed to employment committee to remove the petitioner from his service and lodge F.I.R. against the petitioner and further directed to recover the amount which the petitioenr has received as emolument till date and further directed the respondent authority to make payment of arrear and current regular salary to the petitioner.

The petitioner is directed to file an appropriate application for redressal of his grievance before the District Appellate Authority, Kaimur, Bhabua within a period of thirty days from

If the petitioner, so advised, may prefer an application for interim relief within a period of ten days from the date of filing of such application, which shall be disposed of within ten days from the date of filing of such application for interim relief. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
