The prayer for bail was earlier rejected vide order dated 09.09.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21060 of 2016 and the petitioner had also travelled to the Apex Court where the prayer for bail was also declined.

Considering the fact that there is no fresh ground made out by the petitioners, I am not inclined to entertain this application. It is, accordingly, rejected.
