JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-11-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,467,468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner got employed as Sevika at Pandeydih centre on the basis of forged matriculation certificate.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner still claims that her certificates are genuine and in order to accommodate Smt. Archana Kumari, the services of the petitioner have been terminated.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and she has now been disengaged, let the above named petitioner be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53509 of 2015 (2) dt.24-11-2015 2/2 released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No.168 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
